RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (Online Orders):
- Merchandise must be mailed back within 15 days of the order being placed
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed in order to be eligible for a return or exchange
- Merchandise must include all the original tags and footwear must be returned in its original box, in its original condition
- The following items are not returnable: jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, eyewear, scarves, handbags or home products
- All jewelry, clearance and special order items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit
- [blackbirdflyboutique.com] reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or is received outside of the 15 day return period. Package must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.
Once your package is received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive a notification via the email address listed on your account once we have received your package. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will check on the size/color option for you and reserve your request. Exchanges cannot be sent out until original merchandise is received. You will receive an email once your exchange has been sent out.
